Instrument Rating

An Instrument Rating (IR) allows pilots to operate aircraft in low visibility and take flight through clouds, all while solely referencing the flight instruments for navigation.

Whether you’re pursuing aviation as a career or looking to sharpen your skills as a private pilot, the Instrument Rating is an essential step toward becoming a safer, more capable aviator.

Vertical Vision Flight Academy’s Instrument program delivers comprehensive ground instruction, simulator training, and in-aircraft experience designed to prepare you for real-world instrument flying.
